At ODYSSEY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, we're here to help.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please submit a support ticket through our Contact Us page and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for your return or exchange
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once your ticket has been reviewed, a member of our team will reach out with the next steps.

Wrong Size? No Problem.

If your hat doesn't fit quite right, simply submit a support ticket and our team will help arrange a size exchange.

We understand that finding the perfect fit matters, and we'll do our best to get you into the correct size as quickly as possible.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn and unused.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • A return request must be submitted before sending any item back.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return or exchange request has been approved, you will be provided with return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ODYSSEY is not responsible for items lost during transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
